FCA Lacrosse teams up with LacrosseRecruits
ROCHESTER, NY – December 3, 2015 – The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be partnering with LacrosseRecruits, a software platform that will give players access to every college program in the country. As players communicate with their target schools, the platform enables them to see in real time which schools are viewing their profiles and videos, and ultimately secure them a spot at the college that is the right fit.
Solomon Bliss, FCA’s Regional Community/Camp Coordinator, compares the functionality of LacrosseRecruits to LinkedIn, “I have had several conversations with LacrosseRecruits to discuss the platform, and believe it is a good fit to assist our families, as well as a tool that will make our staff more effective in the recruiting process.”
Here is what Lacrosse Recruits says about their services: “LacrosseRecruits.com empowers high school athletes to pursue their dreams of playing at the next level by offering tools and guidance to streamline the recruiting process. Members develop and maintain a player profile with their academic transcripts, test scores, event schedule and video. Using the Built-In Messaging System, members contact their target list of schools in just a few clicks, and then track which schools are looking at their information. Some of the top clubs that are integrated with us include: FLG, NH Tomahawks, ADVNC, Mesa Fresh, and Baltimore Crabs.”
As a club, FCA is integrating the LacrosseRecruits platform to ensure each family has access to best in class technology to attack the college recruiting process. “The technology will connect players with college coaches, and vice versa, and allow as a club to ensure each FCA athlete is staying on top of his recruiting process,” Bliss said.
