FCA Offers Summer Lacrosse Goalie Camp at McQuaid Jesuit

The Northeast Fellowship of Christian Athletes is pleased to announce its first Lacrosse Goalie Camp this summer for those players who are committed to the goalie position and desire to learn from the very best. This year’s program — for boys graduating between 2017–2026 — will be held July 25-27, 2016, at McQuaid Jesuit High School. The 2016 camp theme RISE! is based on scripture found in Joshua 1:9: “This is my command – be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Coaching staff will include Greg Scott, 2x NYS Championship Head Coach and Head Coach Tully High, Jeff Schwartz, Assistant Coach at St. John Fisher with over 25 years of experience in coaching goalies, and Sean McNamara, Varsity Goalie Coach at McQuaid Jesuit, past Varsity Goalie Coach and Head Coach at Calvert Hall (MD). Instruction will be detailed and will concentrate on fundamentals while providing position-specific stations. There will also be various speakers who will present messages geared at encouraging the campers’ spiritual growth.

Space for this camp is limited. For more information, and to register for any of these camps, visit our website http://www.nefcalaxboys.org/camps/ or contact Solomon Bliss at sbliss@fca.org.
