  • Why

    1. High coach to camper ratio leads to a great experience for your camper.

    2. Coaches and Staff care about the campers on and off the field and work to sharpen more than just their lacrosse skills.

    3. Campers create strong bonds with fellow campers as they compete, learn about lacrosse, and learn about life together.

What do I get?

This includes: FCA T-shirt, FCA Bible, 4 lunches, great instruction, and an experience you will not forget!

The camp was an amazing opportunity for my son and he LOVED it! To have players (some very well known) who have graduated from the FCA program come back, on their own to volunteer their time, says volumes. Not to mention the 20+ years of being around. If anyone asks us what we think, we are the first ones to praise the FCA lacrosse program and more than happy to recommend everyone go and be part of the FCA program no matter what the sport. We have never been so happy and thankful to be part of such an amazing program. We hope to be able to be a part of the FCA organization for years to come!Camper's Parent

Camp Speaker and Musician

Marvin Mumford

Worship will be led by Marvin Mumford, FCA’s 2014 National Worship Leader of the Year. Mumford’s style of mixing worship and Gospel music together to create what he calls “The Kingdom Sound.” Marvin and his son Marvin Jr. have attended many FCA camps and bring an energy to the camp that the kids thrive off of and the coaches enjoy.

Lacrosse Focus

Using stations and small group work, our coaching staff will concentrate the game in a detailed progression with the goal of improving each player’s skills throughout camp. We will also include fast passed, high energy game situations that provide players with the feel of a game but will increase the amount of repetitions and time with the ball in their stick. Additionally, we will train our campers on how to improve their skills after camp is over.

Our instruction will be detailed and will concentrate on fundamentals while providing position specific stations. Our practice plans will be available after camp upon request for players to take with them and practice on their own.

Faith Focus

Every athlete will be provided the opportunity to explore or grow in their Christian faith. Our camp guest speakers and small group Bible studies will focus on humility, truth and faith.

Camp Theme “Let’s Go”

Each year we incorporate a theme on and off the field during camp. This year our theme is “Let’s Go” based on Matthew 28:19-20.

“Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

Our History

Since 1954, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes has challenged athletes and coaches to impact the world for Jesus Christ. Camps are a time of “inspiration and perspiration” for athletes and coaches who want to reach their potential through comprehensive athletic, spiritual and leadership training.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the FCA Lacrosse program. I know that we have only been involved with FCA since September 2013 but everything that I have seen; from the organizers to the coaches, everything is done first class. I have been a lacrosse coach for the past 23 years and I cannot tell you how much it means to a lacrosse guy to see a program like this available to kids in our area. Training camp was great and the boys learned a ton. He came home talking about the huddles and what the coaches had taught him. The message that these kids are getting is something that has been missing in our society and youth sports for a long time. Keep up the good work!Local High School Coach
