Jeff Polisito brings over 35 years of lacrosse experience as both a player and coach to FCA. His lacrosse playing years span from the early 80’s where he played defense on Hamburg Sr. High School varsity team to well beyond his college career as he continued playing for the Buffalo Soldiers Lacrosse Club for 25 years and for the Connecticut Yankees Lacrosse Club for three.

Polisito has served as Head Coach for the Buffalo Lacrosse Academy and Assistant Coach for Team Buffalo Travel Teams for the past five years. Additionally, he coached Buffalo Youth Lacrosse (2010-11), Amherst Lacrosse Association Youth (2009 & 2010) St. Francis High School (1986-1987), Hamburg Sr. High School (1985-1986).

It is the skill level and sportsmanship of the FCA players that stands out to Polisito, as he begins to coach the 2022/23 Orange Team defense and LSM’s: “FCA players are extremely competitive, but also the most humble and nicest players I’ve ever encountered. There is something extremely special about FCA’s program. Other programs have lost focus and are missing the one fundamental aspect that we all need — faith.”

Polisoto is a Global Marketing & Training Director with Rich Products. He resides in Amherst, NY with his wife Tracy and their three children Julia, Alex and Andrew. He loves to ski, play every — and any — sport with his kids, camp, and play with his dog Stormy. In addition to lacrosse, he has played rugby for many years, including nine seasons with the Buffalo Rugby Club and three with the Connecticut Yankees.
