Shannon Smith

Shannon Smith has enjoyed playing a variety of sports over the years: in high school, Smith was a 3-sport athlete — playing varsity soccer, basketball and baseball. Then in college, volleyball was his sport. And, now Smith enjoys coaching boys’ lacrosse, something he has done for more than a decade.

Smith has coached FCA’s 2022 team for four years and appreciates that coaching with FCA is not lip service: “The coaches truly care about each individual, and FCA is an organization that hits on all the critical needs of parents/players: outstanding communication and organization; strong, positive, consistent coaching; moral guidance; character development and trust; competitive teams with a team focus; and year-round training opportunities.
